Better Than Yesterday
Today, just try and be better than yesterday.
I get so “overwhelmed,” “paralyzed,” and “psyched out” when I focus on how to get back to where I was at my peak. It makes it hard to get any momentum going because the hole seems to deep to get out. Instead, I find it easier to have small victories and make better decisions when I compare myself to yesterday. When you string together a lot of small victories, before you know it you’ll start believing you can not only get back to where you were at your best, but perhaps surpass it.
